Since 1990 GPA, and now CIPS GPA, has supported many global and regional blue chip companies and public sector bodies in the establishment and ongoing development of significant Procurement functions.
In order to demonstrate our ability in this area we have developed a series of case studies for assignments successfully completed in either the private or public sector.
The common theme throughout the case studies is major change; many of the organisations represented instigated major transformation programmes within procurement.
