Opportunity:
The team is looking to double in size in the next 12 months and therefore there are multiple roles available at Executive Advisor and Advisor level.
Dependant on grade, you will be responsible for:
• Managing and delivering Transformation, Strategic Sourcing and Cost Reduction engagements with major Financial Services and Asset Management organisations.
• Building and managing first class relationships with clients and within the firm’s advisory practice.
• Managing delivery teams or playing a full and effective role to ensure engagement objectives are met.
• Developing the firms existing propositions and introducing new and innovative solutions.
Dependant on grade, the ideal candidate will:
• Have a strong academic background.
• Previous consultancy experience for the more senior roles, outstanding blue chip experience at the Consultant level.
• Be a cultural fit for the firm. The success of the practice has been built around the retention and development of exceptional individuals with a strong team ethos.
