"Following the...........quite frankly........excellent candidate experience that I've witnessed so far over the past few weeks from both Michael Holding and CIPS-GPA, I felt compelled to provide the below feeedback to you.............and before you ask, no I haven't had one too many gin and tonics! ;-) 

To be honest when you initially told me that I would be dealing with Michael I felt a little uneasy, as I had dealt with you in the past and had concerns that our discussions may have potentially become diluted. However, thankfully this has been totally unfounded, as Michael really got to know me very quickly and from a candidate management perspective he has been absolutely fantastic, he calls me as soon as he has news, he has managed my expectations along the way and I very much value his feedback, I have to say he really gets the best out of me as a candidate.

You're probably aware that I'm working with other agencies and I can honestly say that CIPS-GPA have totally eclipsed the other agencies as regards quality, candidate management and communication.................please keep up the good work!!"
