All personal information submitted on our web site will be used solely for the purpose of responding to individual enquiries, applications, registrations, and marketing by CIPS-GPA (and its subsidiaries and divisions), monitoring of customer service performance and for our own market research.

Personal information submitted on candidate application and registration forms may be passed to CIPS-GPA clients for assessment of the suitability of a candidate.

When contacting you CIPS-GPA will exercise every precaution to maintain your privacy. However, we do not accept any responsibility for losses or damages (including 3rd party losses) resulting from any contact we have with you.
Data ownership
All personal data is owned and accessible by CIPS-GPA. For technical and support purposes, CIPS-GPA's Internet agency, Triangle Multimedia Ltd, also has limited access to information submitted via the CIPS-GPA web site. Both companies are registered under the Data Protection Act for this purpose.
